Gong seeks a VP of Global Revenue Architecture to lead a multi-region, multi-segment revenue organization. The role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and will drive retention, expansion, and strategic accounts across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC from Gong’s hubs.

The preferred location is a Gong hub: San Francisco, Austin, Lehi, Chicago, or NYC. You’ll define a global strategy, build leadership depth, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing to scale revenue outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in customer success or revenue-facing leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading through multiple layers of management, not just ICs.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-scale retention and expansion targets (GRR/NRR).
• Experience operating across NAMER, EMEA, APAC and time zones.
• Direct experience engaging with C-suite and VP stakeholders at high-stakes accounts.
