Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with top customers and guide revenue transformation using our AI Operating System. You will architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable business results across the revenue lifecycle.

You will lead a team of Revenue Architects, collaborate with senior GTM leaders, and own renewal strategies while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure client success at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 6–10+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar).
• Experience with Financial Services or Healthcare clients.
• Coaching others to own relationships with senior stakeholders and lead ROI conversations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and outcomes.
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Revenue Architect team.
