Job summary

Gong is seeking a VP of Global Revenue Architecture to unify strategy and execution across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC, leading ~45 people including regional leaders. You will set the global strategy for retention and expansion across Enterprise, Enterprise Growth, Mid-Market, and Industry Expansion.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role requires building a leadership bench, operating rhythm, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and the ability to engage

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer success or revenue leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Track record owning enterprise-scale retention and expansion targets.
• Experience across multiple regions and time zones with global vs local balance.
• Experience scaling a new segment or startup within a startup, with automation/self-service/AI.
• Comfort with relationships with customer C-suite and VP stakeholders and negotiation.
• Data-driven, change-management mindset; translate workflows into measurable outcomes.
• Collaborative leadership style; thrives in ambiguity and fast-growth environments.
• Ability to coach leaders and build leadership bench.

Responsibilities

• Lead across three regions and ~100 across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC, with global standards.
• Define a single revenue transformation methodology and adoption framework.
• Own revenue retention, expansion, and forecasting across the RA book.
• Scale Industry Expansion (IX) with industry playbooks, automation, and self-service strategies.
• Build the leadership bench; succession planning and career pathing.
• Represent RA at the executive level with customer C-suite and VP stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing to embed strategy.
• Drive operating cadence with QBRs, forecasting, and org health checks.
