Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, seeks an Associate VP of Learning to lead global learning operations and programs. You will manage a team of Learning Advisors, align strategies with business goals, and oversee vendor partnerships and LMS/LXP platforms.

The role requires on-site presence with occasional travel, and collaboration with executives to advance talent development across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 10+ years in operations, learning, HR, or talent development.
• 7+ years in leadership and management roles.
• 7+ years in vendor/relationship management and budgeting.
• 5+ years of experience with LMS/LXP and content development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Advisors and develop career paths.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage learning data, budgets, and vendor contracts for LMS/LXP platforms.
• Partner with executives to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Design and scale leadership development programs and global learning tools.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training and measure program impact.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

10+ years of Business Operations, Learning, HR/ Talent Development

7+ years of Leadership/ Management experience

7+ years of Vendor Management / Relationship Management

5+ years in corporate learning / LMS or LXP

Must possess travel capability (domestic and international)
