This role partners with senior leaders to design scalable programs that drive performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous growth aligned with our mission.

You will oversee the Leadership Institute and Team Member Learning, manage a diverse team, and collaborate with external universities to build a future-ready talent pipeline

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Proven ability to influence others and achieve results.
• Proven ability to build new programs and deliver on key outcomes.
• Experience leading a highly effective team.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a strategic vision for learning that drives performance and growth.
• Lead across Team Member Learning and Leadership Institute to ensure outcomes and design excellence.
• Partner with talent planning and succession to develop future-ready talent.
• Ensure learning experiences align with mission, values, and enterprise priorities.
