Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC seeks a visionary Vice President of Learning & Organizational Transformation to architect a ground-up transformation and modernize the learning, leadership development, and performance functions. Reporting to the CHRO, you will have executive backing to design a scalable roadmap and align HR with business strategy.

You will lead an ambitious portfolio, manage budgets, and drive governance, standards, and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Exec leader capable of translating strategy into people-first actions.
• Proven ability to challenge, advise, and align senior stakeholders.
• Experience building or transforming an enterprise talent function from the ground up.
• Analytical thinker with systems thinking, organizational diagnosis, and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Enterprise Strategy & Operating Model.
• Define and establish the modern operating model, governance, and standards.
• Lead budget, resources, and portfolio priorities for transformational goals.
• Modernize the learning architecture and employee lifecycle development across roles.
• Reimagine performance management with real-time coaching and accountability.
• Establish a gold-standard enterprise change-management framework.
