Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking an Associate VP of Learning and Development. The role leads learning operations, program management, and SOPs across global teams, guiding a team of Learning Advisors and managing vendor relationships and contracts.

The AVP will partner with senior leaders to identify learning objectives, design content, and deliver scalable learning experiences that align with enterprise goals and talent development needs.

Formación

• Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end learning operations, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to design enterprise talent development strategies aligning with business goals.
• Experience in managing vendor partnerships and learning budgets with ROI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Learning Advisors and develop career paths.
• Manage Employee Lifecycle processes from hire to offboarding.
• Oversee department communications, campaigns, and internal sites.
• Design and standardize global learning tools, products, and SOPs.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets for LMS/LXP and subscriptions.
• Partner with executives and global teams to align learning with business objectives.
