JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President of Employee Experience Design to shape user experience across products and services. You will lead research strategies, mentor junior researchers and designers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to inform product development.

The role requires deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a focus on employee and customer experience research within a large financial services environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research.
• Proven ability to conduct ethnography, surveys, interviews and data analysis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and developers.
• Experience designing iterative studies and adapting parameters to changing product design needs.

• Design and execute studies to identify customer needs and behaviors for product improvements.
