Job summary

Role requires driving transformational strategies, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and translating business needs into customer-centered experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or related roles.
• Ability to visualize user journeys with storyboards, wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Proven ability to translate proposals into transformational design strategies and north star visuals.
• Strong technical literacy around client-side tech, APIs, microservices and UX impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Model inclusive design practices and mentor junior designers to foster diversity and inclusion.
