Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Experience Research Vice President within Corporate Responsibility and the Morgan Health Team to shape user experiences across products and services.

You will apply deep research expertise to develop strategies, mentor junior researchers and designers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic experiences for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in generative and evaluative UX research.
• Proven ability with ethnography, surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced qualitative methods and applying findings to design.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research studies to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to foster product improvements and innovation
• Analyze and interpret data using advanced quantitative and qualitative methods and translate insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing user experience
• Facilitate surveys and interviews with users to gather information on user needs and desires and create user testing scenarios to further refine the product or feature based on findings
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in user experience research methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Drive and enhance continuous research activities, such as customer sentiment metrics and application usage analytics
• Create journey maps, user segments, and persons to illustrate user journeys, needs, and opportunities
