Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President to shape the user experience across products and services within Corporate Technology's Data Strategy & Architecture. You will lead strategic design initiatives, mentor designers, and champion inclusive, accessible design.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
Ability to translate business needs into user-centered design.
Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.
Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes across domains.
Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
Analyze user research and data to inform design decisions across platforms.
Design AI-native experiences including agentic interfaces and explainability surfaces.
Define UX patterns for AI data products and transparent user interactions.
