Qualifications

• 5+ years in user experience design
• Experience delivering design in complex business domains with cross-functional teams
• Comfort with feedback and critique and building on others ideas

• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, user-centered experiences for B2B applications used by institutional banking clients
• Oversee implementation of design standards across product suites and champion design
• Iterative design mindset; incorporate user feedback to improve UX
• Participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning with product, design and tech partners
