Job summary

JP Morgan Chase seeks an Experience Design Vice President to shape employee experiences across global digital and service touchpoints. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, collaborating with product, engineering, accessibility, and research teams to deliver experiences that elevate productivity and satisfaction for employees.

You will mentor designers, champion inclusive design, and help evolve the Employee Experience Design System while presenting concepts to executives and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI/product design experience.
• Proven ability to create world-class digital experiences that advance design maturity.
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Cross-channel (mobile, web, responsive) design with strong collaboration with engineers.
• Strong visual design discipline with pixel-level accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across design, product, and research teams.
• Mentored designers to raise team capabilities and craft.

Responsibilities

• Define service flows and product features; create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs for key touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create storyboards and service blueprints; support UX research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize user-centered decisions and develop experience-led metrics.
• Apply market and user insights to influence design strategy and roadmap.
