Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President on the Design System team to translate product requirements into reusable components and drive cross-team delivery. You will partner with agentic product teams, influence stakeholders, and mentor designers while advancing inclusive design and accessibility across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user experience design or design systems.
• Ability to define direction in ambiguous, evolving product areas.
• Strong planning, coordination, and program management skills.
• Experience designing cross-platform (iOS, Android, Web).
• Knowledge of AI assistants and agentic experiences.
• Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility.
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and prioritization of agentic components into the design system.
• Identify gaps in the design system's coverage of agentic experiences and propose enhancements.
• Translate agentic product requirements into reusable, cross-platform design system assets—diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and component specifications.
• Coordinate and influence across teams to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
• Model inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines; mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Analyze agentic experience trends, gather feedback from user research, and leverage data insights to inform design direction and optimize experiences across platforms and channels.
