Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding and wireframes.
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Develop experiences and transformational innovation strategies to drive customer-centric decisions.
• Understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the impact on UX.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints within a domain.
• Mentor junior designers and foster inclusivity and accessibility in design practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve experiences.
• Define UX vision and roadmap for reusable components across multiple surfaces.
