Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience or equivalent expertise.
• Experience creating visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Proven ability to apply inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs across product areas.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints in a domain.
• Drive inclusive design adoption and accessibility guidelines; mentor junior designers and foster diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes for customer-centric solutions.
• Analyze market trends and user research feedback to inform design decisions across platforms and channels.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled design practices to improve team effectiveness and speed.
• Identify and scale new ways of working combining human-centered design with evolving technologies.
• Partner with product, data, and tech teams to translate capabilities into customer experiences and measurable value.
• Experiment with firm AI tools to explore new design practices that improve quality and speed to market.
• Report to Head of Design for Chase Travel on strategic projects across customer and partner-facing tools.
