Job summary

Lumicity seeks a founding-level Vice President of Service to architect an end-to-end service, warranty, charging, and customer support organization for a next-generation EV/hybrid platform in the United States. This leader will design infrastructure, processes, and networks to support fleets across transit, municipal, and commercial customers.

The role blends strategy and execution, building teams and partnerships, maximizing vehicle uptime, and enabling rapid scale with production growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in service, aftersales, technical operations, automotive, or EVs.
• Proven ability to develop warranty strategies and manage service costs with cross-functional partners.
• Strong customer-first mindset, uptime focus, and ability to scale networks and processes.
