Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA is seeking a Vice President of Service to build ENC's end-to-end service, warranty, charging, and customer support ecosystem from the ground up.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will design the infrastructure, partner networks, and teams to support a growing fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles nationwide, travel up to 40%, and ensure great customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in service, aftersales, or technical operations.
• Experience building service networks and warranty programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and onsite in Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ENC's national service network and regional hubs.
• Establish service standards, certification programs, and tooling requirements.
• Oversee parts distribution, inventory positioning, and spare parts forecasting.
• Lead customer support and diagnostic capabilities for EV/hybrid fleets.
