Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking a Vice President of Service to build ENC's end-to-end service, warranty, charging, and customer support ecosystem from the ground up in Riverside, CA.

This leadership role focuses on creating a scalable post-sale service organization for a growing fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles. The VP of Service will design infrastructure, processes, partner networks, and teams, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership role.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in service, aftersales, or technical operations within automotive OEM, transit, or transportation equipment industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ENC's national service network including authorized dealer service centers, mobile service capabilities, and regional hubs.
• Oversee warranty policy structure, claims processing, and dealer reimbursement workflows.
• Develop charging infrastructure strategy and partner with EVSE providers for customer-ready solutions.
• Lead a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and define CSI, NPS, and first-call resolution metrics.
• Lead cross-functional alignment for service readiness during new model launches.
• Manage service and warranty P&L, including budget planning and cost reduction initiatives.

Education
