The role leads the Pricing Center of Excellence and aligns pricing technology with analytics to support customer value and revenue growth. Eligible for on-site work in St. Louis Park, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive pricing leadership in global B2B industrial/manufacturing env.
• Deep expertise in pricing strategy, value-based pricing, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide pricing vision and governance model.
• Establish governance rhythms to improve consistency and speed of decision-making.
• Build and lead the Pricing Center of Excellence for standardized methodologies and tools.
• Drive pricing as a strategic lever for profitable growth and customer experience.
• Own pricing technology governance and ensure data quality and system alignment.
• Serve as the senior pricing advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex pricing analytics into actionable business strategies.
