You will champion AI-enabled capabilities, drive architectural excellence, and balance speed with quality across cloud-based SaaS products while building a high-performing team in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with significant leadership and people management.
• Proven engineering leadership at an early-stage, venture-backed tech company.
• Strong track record building teams, developing talent, and delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Ndustrial's engineering organization.
• Translate company priorities into engineering roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Mentor and manage performance, coaching, and development.
• Drive an AI-forward engineering culture and adoption of AI tools.
