Total Expert is hiring a VP of Engineering to lead our Applications engineering organization, reporting to the SVP, Engineering. You will shape the technical strategy, own delivery for six product areas, and develop leaders across US and India locations.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, improving reliability, and guiding AI-driven modernization of our customer-facing products. You will partner with People to hire, coach, and grow engineers, while ensuring customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years building and operating enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations with managers.
• Experience in customer-facing applications and multi-tenant environments.

Responsabilités

• Own six product areas and six program themes.
• Develop leaders and build a bench of successors.
• Shape technical strategy and translate decisions into plans.
• Lead talent strategy with People and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure reliability, learning, and incident handling.
• Drive AI adoption and responsible governance across teams.
