Optimal Dynamics seeks a VP of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering org. You will set the technical direction, manage managers, and stay hands-on in architecture and code.

You will collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Analytics leadership to deliver trusted, secure software for our enterprise customers. You will recruit, retain, and develop top engineers, drive reliable, scalable systems, and align engineering with company strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with leadership.
• 3+ years managing managers in a scaling org.
• Proven track record building production systems.
• Strong architectural and security focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers to scale the org.
• Define engineering vision, architecture, and strategy.
• Improve CI/CD, QA practices and production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, Analytics and leadership.
