Ndustrial, a Raleigh, NC-based AI-forward software company, is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization. You will own priorities, coach a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with company objectives while driving AI-enabled capabilities and rapid execution in a growth environment.

The role reports to the CEO and requires a track record of delivering high-quality cloud-based SaaS products with strong technical judgment.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in engineering, including building and scaling teams.
• Experience in early-stage, venture-backed tech companies.
• Strong technical grounding in cloud-based SaaS and AI-enabled products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team with clear objectives.
• Translate company goals into engineering priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive AI-forward culture and adoption of AI tools across engineering.
• Provide technical judgment on architecture, security, and scalability.
• Partner with Product and other leaders to deliver customer value.
• Represent engineering in leadership decisions and strategy.
