The candidate will own end-to-end program leadership, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure alignment with CRM and data systems, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience implementing healthcare technology systems.
• Direct experience leading one or more EHR or EMR implementations.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities within a healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle EHR/EMR implementation from discovery to deployment.
• Define and manage implementation roadmap, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, developers, clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, data systems, and other backend platforms.
• Ensure security, scalability, and alignment with long-term business needs.
