Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners is seeking a Senior Integration and Clinical Applications Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for Nextech IntelliChart Pro and Nextech Practice Plus across multiple locations.

You will lead workflow optimization, system configuration, and implementation activities, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and efficient revenue-cycle processes while collaborating with clinical, IT, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years supporting, configuring, or implementing ambulatory EHR/PM systems.
• Direct experience with Nextech IntelliChart Pro and Nextech Practice Plus.
• Experience across the system implementation lifecycle (requirements to post-live).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient-data privacy requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis with clinical and administrative teams to optimize Nextech usage.
• Configure and tune templates, order sets, and billing rules across platforms.
• Plan and execute system implementations, conversions, and upgrades.
• Coordinate go-live activities, testing, and validation with vendors and staff.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and drive continuous improvement.
