Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners seeks a Senior Integration and Clinical Applications Analyst to lead implementation, optimization, and support for Nextech IntelliChart Pro EHR and Nextech Practice Plus PM across multiple locations.

The role requires expertise in clinical operations, revenue cycle workflows, HIPAA compliance, and system integrations, with responsibility for pre-go-live planning, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Four+ years of experience supporting ambulatory EHR/PM systems, ophthalmology or multi-site practices preferred.
Direct experience with Nextech IntelliChart Pro, Nextech Practice Plus, or similar ophthalmology platforms.
Experience across system implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, post-live support.

Responsibilities

Lead workflow assessments with clinical, front-office, back-office, and revenue cycle teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design configurations aligning Nextech functionality with clinical and administrative workflows.
Coordinate with clinical, finance, compliance, and leadership to ensure compliant documentation and billing workflows.
Develop workflow documentation, SOPs, job aids, and end-user training materials.
Oversee integrations, migrations, and upgrades including pre- and post-go-live activities.
