You will oversee governance, multi-team coordination, and executive engagement to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires strategic oversight with hands-on execution, balancing clinical and operational needs, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment in a complex, matrixed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementations.
• Proven experience directing enterprise or multi-organization EHR deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a multi-year enterprise EHR deployment program.
• Lead executive steering committee meetings, governance forums, and operational review sessions.
• Direct integrated program governance across internal teams, customer organizations, subcontractors, and third-party partners.
• Champion evidence-based and standardized best practice workflows acrossclinical, financial, and operational domains.
• Establish measurable program KPIs and readiness criteria across all implementation phases.
