Mass Digital Health is seeking a Program Director, EHR Implementation to lead a large enterprise EHR deployment within a major healthcare environment. You will provide executive oversight, governance, and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in healthcare IT deployments, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementations.
• Proven experience directing enterprise EHR deployment programs with vendor management.
• Fluency in English and French Canadian required; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a multi-year enterprise EHR deployment program.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and risk escalation processes.
• Coordinate multiple implementation teams and subcontractors across stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and workflow standardization.
• Measure program outcomes and readiness across deployment phases.
