Job summary
CVS Health seeks an Epic EHR Development Lead to direct design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle areas. You will partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic systems that improve patient care and organizational performance.
The role requires leading complex Epic projects, strong problem solving, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Epic EHR experience with hands-on build and configuration.
- 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
- Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned Epic modules.
- Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
- Oversee Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, Bridges, Interconnect, APIs) and upgrades.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into technical Epic solutions.
