Med-Metrix is seeking a Vice President, Transformation Services – Epic Optimization to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for optimizing Epic EHR to improve operations, clinical outcomes, and financial performance. You will partner with client executives and clinicians to translate business goals into Epic builds, workflows, and analytics improvements, delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years in healthcare IT leadership roles with Epic implementation/optimization experience
• Epic certifications or proficiency in multiple Epic modules preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and their impact on reimbursement
• Experience with governance, change management, and project/program management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Epic optimization strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams of Epic analysts and consultants across multiple modules
• Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of Epic enhancements
• Partner with revenue cycle leaders to translate KPIs into Epic-enabled improvements
• Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and client presentations
• Mentor and scale high-performing teams and manage budgets and vendor relationships
