Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Vice President of Data to shape and lead data strategy, platforms, governance, and analytics. You will drive enterprise data initiatives that improve member experiences, affordability, and business performance across teams including Product, Technology, Clinical, and Finance.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at executive and team levels, build scalable data capabilities, and establish responsible AI governance in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership across enterprise data, analytics, data platforms, or data products.
• Healthcare data experience with health-plan or benefits data (claims, eligibility, provider data).
• Proven ability to define data strategy and build necessary capabilities and operating models.
• Hands-on data leader who operates between strategy and technical/product decisions.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and financial judgment for evaluating investments and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define Gravie's enterprise data strategy and align with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to use data to improve member experiences and affordability.
• Partner with clinical, actuarial, network, and operations leaders to control costs and utilization.
• Develop data products, insights, benchmarks, and services to create value and new revenue.
