Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Vice President of Data Platform to lead Strive’s enterprise data platform, data architecture, and governance capabilities. You will own the data warehouse design, ingestion, and reliability, ensuring high-quality, well-governed data for cross-functional teams including Digital Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning production operations for data pipelines and warehouse workloads.
• 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience building governed data models and reusable data products.
• Experience leading data-platform modernization and debt reduction.
• Healthcare data experience or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, architecture, operating model, and long-term roadmap for the data platform.
• Lead ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data-modeling across multiple data sources.
• Establish data governance, lineage, access controls, and quality management.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, actuarial, and clinical teams to deploy data products.
• Develop observability, alerting, and incident response for data pipelines and warehouse.
