Job summary

Strive Health in the United States seeks a Vice President of Data Platform to lead Strive’s enterprise data platform, architecture, and governance capabilities, ensuring trusted data for Digital Product, Analytics, and Operations teams.

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data warehouse, overseeing ingestion, transformation, and reliability across health plan, clinical, eligibility, pharmacy, and partner data sources to drive data-driven outcomes.

• Oversee data warehouse design and reliability
• Drive data ingestion from health plan, clinical, and other data streams

Responsibilities

• Own vision and long-term roadmap for data warehouse and platform
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation
• Oversee ingestion and hydration of warehouse from multiple data streams
• Establish scalable ingestion, transformation, and data-modeling patterns
• Lead production operations, incident response, and reliability
• Build and retain the data organization
