Hotwire Communications Ltd in Miami is seeking a Market Leadership Director (Customer Success) to lead a team of local Customer Success Managers and ensure best-in-class experiences for customers and communities.

You will partner with Sales, Call Center Operations, Construction, Field Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver the market strategy, manage escalations, oversee risk, and drive renewal readiness and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum five years in sales, marketing, and/or operations in telecom or a related industry.
• Five+ years in a market leadership role with a proven customer-excellence record.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of local Customer Success Managers to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Call Center Ops, Construction, Field Ops, Engineering, and Marketing to execute market strategy.
• Serve as market SME and assess risks before new initiatives are implemented.
• Drive renewal readiness and maximize retention across assigned properties.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in customer experience.
