Hotwire Communications is seeking a Director of Community Onboarding to lead and manage the Community Onboarding team and associated managers across markets. The role builds relationships with property managers, developers, and staff throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of Hotwire communities.

The position requires a strong track record in leadership, customer service, and telecommunications project management, with travel up to 60% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in project management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Five years overseeing Concierge-level Customer Service and sales experience preferred.
• One year experience overseeing installation of Common Area Services.
• One year overseeing Professional A/V installation experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of A/V technology considerations; industry-related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned communities and across internal units to deliver Hotwire communities.
• Oversee ongoing communication regarding community status with project stakeholders.
• Lead the team to ensure a smooth launch process and a superior “white glove” handoff to regional operations.
• Direct the team to ensure timely responses to inquiries regarding technology needs and customer service excellence.
• Maintain visibility at assigned properties and respond to customer or builder staff requests with urgency.
• Track project tasks using Site Tracker, Salesforce, and other tools to meet milestones and escalate risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers delaying delivery and quality.
• Engage in training and certifications to increase the team’s proficiency.
• Coordinate with Enterprise commercial team to deliver contract hardware and services for community projects.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/evenings/holidays, and travel up to 60%.
