Hotwire Communications Ltd. in Dallas is seeking a Director of Community Onboarding to lead the Community Onboarding team and associated project managers across markets.

You will build relationships with property managers, developers, and stakeholders, guiding the launch process from kickoff to handoff to operations. The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years of supervisory experience in telecom or related field, expert Excel and Salesforce familiarity, and a hands-on approach to delivering a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or business.
• 7+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and previous use of Salesforce.com.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing Concierge-level Customer Service and sales is preferred.
• Experience overseeing installation of Common Area Services and A/V installation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in assigned communities and across divisions.
• Oversee communication regarding community status with project stakeholders.
• Lead the team to ensure a smooth launch and handoff to operations.
• Facilitate decisions to ensure excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Maintain presence at properties and respond to customer or builders’ requests.
• Track project tasks using Site Tracker, Salesforce, and other tools to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to remove delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in training and certifications to increase team proficiency.
• Coordinate contract deliverables with Enterprise commercial team for common areas.
