JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Experience Design Vice President for the Chase Digital Assistant Team. You will shape UX across products, combining design principles with business goals to deliver inclusive, accessible solutions.

You will lead conversational design for AI-driven tools, collaborate with ML teams, and translate complex data into actionable insights, driving innovation in financial services.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional work experience as a voice/conversation designer.
• Demonstrated experience designing conversational experiences for AI-driven platforms, IVRs, or virtual assistants.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
• Previous working experience designing for LLMs.
• Strong technical literacy, including APIs and the technology stack impact on UX.
• Ability to plan and organize design work from concept through execution.
• Experience collaborating with UX Designers, Researchers, and Product Managers in an agile environment.
• Advocate for conversation design best practices.
• Interpreting complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Proficient in inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design conversational flows for AI-driven tools, including chat and voice, aligning with AI/ML initiatives and goals.
• Leverage language models to influence broader design strategy with LLMs.
• Articulate design decisions through storytelling, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML teams to train and refine NLU models and LLMs.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and UX designers to drive innovation.
• Stay updated on conversational AI trends to maintain Chase's edge.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding for user-centric navigation.
• Use data to transform information into insights for decisions.
• Incorporate inclusive design and accessibility guidelines across products.
• Iterate designs with user feedback to improve UX.
• Analyze market trends and user studies to inform strategy.
