Qualifications

Experience with LLMs and language model workflows.
Understanding of APIs and technology stacks and their UX impact.

Responsibilities

Design conversational flows for AI-driven tools including chat and voice.
Contribute to the broader CxD strategy with language models.
Articulate design decisions through storytelling and documentation.
Collaborate with ML teams to train and refine NLU and LLMs.
Work with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and UX designers to drive innovation.
