Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in user experience design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes).
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.
• Proven ability to develop transformational innovation strategies and north star representations.
• Advanced technical literacy: client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, design impact on UX.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts including prompt-driven interfaces and agentic orchestration.
