You will cultivate and manage client relationships, drive RFP submissions, and coordinate preconstruction to construction activities across the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in multifamily development/contracting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and identify third-party general contracting opportunities in the multifamily sector.
• Establish and manage relationships with new and existing clients across the Southeast region; align with company goals.
• Lead RFPs, bid coordination, and preconstruction activities with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate contract review, closing, and budget reporting; ensure smooth transitions from preconstruction to construction.
