Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a skilled and experienced business development leader to identify, qualify, and pursue third-party general contracting opportunities in the multifamily industry. This role focuses on the Southeast Region, aligning opportunities with NRP values and business goals, and driving growth through strategic client relationships.

As VP, you will partner with preconstruction, estimating, legal, and construction operations to move opportunities from initial contact through closing,

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in multifamily development or construction
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and project sites.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and pursue third-party general contracting opportunities in multifamily.
Develop and manage client relationships in the Southeast region.
Lead RFPs and preconstruction coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate bid submissions, budgets, and documents with estimating and legal.
Oversee project handoff from preconstruction to construction operations.
Maintain ongoing client relationships to support future opportunities.
