Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an Executive Vice President, Business Development to drive a national growth strategy for third-party construction starts. You will coach regional teams, lead strategic accounts and build scalable commercial processes while ensuring alignment with overall margin and delivery goals.

You will work across regions, coordinating with marketing, preconstruction, estimating and operations leaders to strengthen client relationships and pursue profitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, construction or capital markets.
• Strong relationships and access to early deal flow including affordable/student housing networks.
• Ability to coach business developers and teams with strong pursuit judgment.
• Understanding owner economics and credibility with preconstruction and field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Regional Business Developers on account strategy and qualification.
• Lead regional pursuit planning and client relationships across multiple markets.
• Set national strategy and build scalable systems with a multi-year growth plan.
• Grow accounts and coordinate regional initiatives and market presence.
• Establish disciplined pursuit-to-execution handoffs and CRM governance.
