Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a skilled business development leader to identify, qualify, and pursue third-party general contracting opportunities in the multifamily sector. The role focuses on developing and managing client relationships in the Southeast region, aligning efforts with NRP values and goals.

The Vice-President collaborates with preconstruction, estimating, legal, and operations teams to coordinate deliverables, advance opportunities, and ensure seamless project progression from planning

Responsibilities

• Research prospective multifamily developers and create introductions that connect potential clients with NRP's third-party general contracting services.
• Source new business and bid opportunities with current and prospective clients, using initiative to develop direct leads.
• Evaluate and qualify opportunities against NRP guidelines, including client due diligence.
• Coordinate bid meetings and bid deliverables with estimating, legal, and executive staff.
