MRO is seeking a Vice President of Client Success to build and lead the client success function for the Curation Solutions business unit. This role will unify client relationships, reduce attrition, and ensure a $150M+ portfolio realizes measurable value from our solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in client success, account management, or related field in healthcare tech.
• Proven leadership of 10+-person teams and drive to reduce churn and improve NRR.

• Own end-to-end client success lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Lead creation and management of the Client Success function; partner across Clinical Services, Product, Implementation, Commercial, and Advisory.
• Develop and implement health scoring, tiered engagement, escalation playbooks, and closed-loop feedback.
