Job summary

Checkmate is seeking a Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Management to lead global client retention, growth, and satisfaction strategy. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will architect customer lifecycle management, scale onboarding, and drive long-term account expansion while ensuring successful implementation of products/services for clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Client Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Client Operations.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale enterprise portfolios and driving NRR/LTV growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-tier Customer Success & Operations organization.
• Define end-to-end lifecycle frameworks from onboarding to renewal.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps with client needs and trends.
• Establish SLAs, governance, and standardized delivery across client implementations.
