The position collaborates with Product, Data Science, and Global Operations to align priorities, scale capabilities, and mentor a high‑performing team in a hybrid environment including Agoura Hills or Santa Barbara.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in client strategy and enterprise growth.
• Deep knowledge of online advertising and affiliate models.
• Proven ability to scale client portfolios and launch offerings.
• Executive presence with senior leadership relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a portfolio strategy with revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Translate requirements into operating models and roadmaps for profitable growth.
• Evangelize priorities internally and externally via thought leadership and executive engagement.
• Serve as a senior expert on client growth strategy and market trends.
• Advise clients on program optimization using data insights and market trends.
• Forecast and report on client performance and growth opportunities for leadership visibility.
