Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Vice President of AI Product Management to establish and lead the product management function for our AI products and platforms. This leadership role oversees strategy and execution across AI Agents and the Intelligence Platform, partnering with senior leaders to translate needs into clear roadmaps and product definitions.

The VP will own the full lifecycle from definition to launch, drive adoption, and build a high-performing PM organization across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management, including 5+ years leading product teams, with AI products shipped to production.
• Built or rebuilt a product management function with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI platforms and components.
• Define product requirements, specifications, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and domain leaders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive launches, adoption strategies, and feedback loops to inform future development.
• Build and lead a high-performing PM organization with standard practices and cadences.
