Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Vice President of AI Product Management to establish and lead the product management function for our AI products and platforms. You will oversee strategy and execution across AI Agents, Compass/Intelligence Platform, and the AI Platform, guiding teams from definition to launch and ongoing improvement.

In this role you will build a high-performing PM organization, set product standards, and partner with engineering, design, and leadership to scale AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI products to production.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI platforms, establishing priorities and measuring value.
• Lead product definition, including requirements, specifications, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate practitioner and business needs into scalable product solutions balancing UX, feasibility, and business value.
• Build the PM organization, establish standards, and drive cross-team execution across U.S. and India.
