Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Vice President of AI Product Management to define and lead the product management function for our AI products and platforms. This executive will own strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI Agents, Compass/Intelligence Platform, and the AI Platform, collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership to translate needs into high-impact AI solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams with AI shipped to production.
Built or re-founded a product management function — hired PMs, set the standard, and made it stick.
Exceptional written product definition craft — the PRD standard is the instrument of this organization.
Worked directly with domain experts and engineers, earning credibility with both in the same week.
Technical fluency: reads architecture/evaluation results to anchor acceptance criteria.
Launched products into enterprise or B2B SaaS environments and drove adoption.
Operated at executive scope — roadmap, portfolio, and narrative to senior leadership.
Demonstrates personal AI leverage: designs and builds with agentic tools as a force multiplier.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio across AI products and platforms.
Establish product definition process, including requirements, specifications, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
Translate needs into scalable product solutions balancing UX, feasibility, value, and time-to-market.
Partner with engineering, architecture, design, and domain leaders throughout the lifecycle.
Lead launches and adoption strategies with practitioner rollout and feedback loops.
Establish PM practices and operating rhythms across teams in the US and India.
Build and lead the AI PM organization, including hiring, developing, and coaching PM talent.
Collaborate with design leadership to ensure cohesive product definition and UX.
Communicate product narrative to executives, articulating value and impact.
Evaluate performance using data, adoption insights, and business outcomes.
Engage in special projects as assigned.
